I turn creative chaos into calm, scalable systems.
For eleven-plus years I've been the person creative teams rely on to make the work flow: building the operations that let designers create, keep stakeholders in the loop, and make sure nothing important ever falls through the cracks. I'm equal parts systems-builder and people-person: I care as much about the humans doing the work as the metrics measuring it.
How I work
Expert, not precious
PMP-certified with a deep tool stack and a decade of scars, but I lead with clarity, not jargon. My goal is to solve the problem, not to look clever doing it.
Systems that serve people
Great operations should feel invisible. I build workflows that reduce friction and protect focus, so the team spends its energy on the work that only humans can do.
Empathy as a method
Change only sticks when people feel understood. I bring stakeholders along, translate between creative and business, and make adoption feel like relief, not another mandate.
Fluent in what's next
I don't just talk about AI. I build with it. From agent-powered dashboards to fully agentic studio operations, I use new tools to take the busywork off people's plates.

Beyond the work
I'm also the founder of Pegma Studio, where I create original artwork for home and clinical-care interiors. It keeps me close to the craft side of creative work, and it's my personal lab for pushing how far AI can take a lean creative operation. I hold a BA in English Literature, and I still believe that the ability to read carefully and write clearly is one of the most underrated operational skills there is.
