A marketing department run by agents
I build the agentic systems behind asset management, competitive intelligence, and the content calendar for my own studio, and I decide anything that matters.

Context
Pegma Studio makes original artwork for home and clinical care interiors. Running it alone means the marketing work competes with the production work. Rather than accept less of one, I built systems to carry the repeatable parts. I also wanted to find out whether the rigor I had built for teams would work for one person.
What I built
- Asset management that catalogs, tags, and retrieves production work without manual filing.
- Competitive intelligence that runs on a schedule and returns a usable summary rather than a pile of links.
- Content calendar production that turns a plan into scheduled, briefed items so marketing runs continuously instead of in bursts.
Each system produces a draft and stops. I review, correct, and direct. AI removes the busywork, not the judgment, and every output has a person's name on it.
How I check the work
An automation earns its place or it comes out. Before I hand a task to a system I write down what a good output looks like and what a bad one looks like. Then I measure time saved against time spent correcting, spot-check a sample every cycle, and keep prompts and rules under version control so a change is traceable. Anything that needs more correction than it saves gets pulled.
The systems return ten hours a week, manage more than 100 assets, produce a daily intelligence report, and plan three posts a week.
Why it matters for a creative team
Most creative operations teams spend much of their time on status collection, asset routing, tagging, and reporting. That work is structured, repetitive, and checkable, which makes it the right first target. I have built it here for one person and at Everpure for a department.
