Creative operations from intake to delivery
and the AI that makes it faster.
I build and run the systems in-house creative teams work inside: intake, scoping, prioritization, capacity, asset management, and delivery. I automate the parts that do not need a person and keep a person on the parts that do.
Projects assigned per creative resource against what each can carry. The dashed line is capacity.
Video 2 came in over. I brought leadership the options and the cost of each, and we moved two projects.

How I work with AI
Where I put AI in a creative operation, what I have shipped, how I decide whether an automation stays, and what I will not automate.
